To correctly analyze the signal, we must ensure that we can see the signal in detail. TBS1000B is equipped with a 7-inch high-definition TFT display to clearly view all signals and key screen information. The user interface created by the award-winning Tektronik MDO/DPO series of instruments further enhances the instrument. The user interface is easy to use and can quickly access all the oscilloscope functions, including the high-definition "Pan & Zoom" (scroll and zoom) function, with a resolution up to 10 times the normal resolution, allowing you to view more signal details.
Digital accuracy, precision measurement
Because of the bandwidth of up to 200 MHz, the maximum sampling rate of 2 GS/s and 3% vertical measurement accuracy, TBS1000B can view the signal details. Because of Tektronix's proprietary sampling rate, you can always get the claimed real-time sampling rate on all channels, supporting a minimum of 10 times the oversampling rate. Sampling performance does not deteriorate when you change the level settings or use multiple channels, and you can see the true characteristics of the signal.

TBS1000B oscilloscope is equipped with various advanced trigger functions to debug complex circuits. Flexible options include rising or falling edges, pulse width, and video triggering settings, allowing users to quickly isolate signals of interest. Once the signal is captured, TBS1000B provides advanced mathematical operations and measurement capabilities that make it easy to assess the quality of the signal. Users can add, subtract, multiply multiple waveforms, or use any of 34 automatic measurements to quickly and reliably calculate important signal characteristics, such as frequency, rise time, or overshoot.
The special front panel button can quickly enter the FFT function, and can display both frequency domain waveform and time domain waveform, providing a convenient way to view the relationship between the signal and FFT results.
In order to accurately measure frequency, TBS1000B is also equipped with built-in dual channel frequency counters. Controlling the trigger level of each counter independently provides a convenient way to monitor two different signal frequencies simultaneously.
Comprehensive monitoring and analysis tools
Intermittent problems may be difficult to assess because they are not often duplicated and therefore difficult to capture. TrendPlot accelerator functions to draw measurement values over a long period of time to help find these problems. Select the measurements to be captured on any channel or two channels, then set up an oscilloscope to continuously monitor these measurements, draw the data on the display screen, and save the information to the U disk. Depending on the oscilloscope settings, you will be able to capture data for a few minutes, hours, or even days, limiting the capacity of the U disk.
Generally speaking, only by passing / failing data can we determine whether the signal is good. The TBS1000B limit test function can easily accomplish this operation. The oscilloscope can be set up to automatically monitor the source signal to assess whether the collected waveform falls within a predefined boundary and outputs passing or failing results. TBS1000B Extreme Testing allows users to create templates based on one or two independent reference waveforms, providing greater flexibility in creating templates for complex signals. If a fault is detected, a series of specific actions can be triggered, including stopping the collection of waveforms, suspending the limit test function, saving the failed waveform screenshots, or any combination of the above actions.
Flexible delivery of data
The USB master port on the front panel can save the instrument settings, screenshots and waveform data on the U disk. The port also supports built-in data recording, which allows you to set up an oscilloscope to save up to 24 hours of user-specified trigger waveforms to a USB device. You can also choose the "Infinite" option to monitor the waveform continuously. In infinite-bus mode, the triggered waveform can be saved to an external USB storage device without time limit until the storage device is full. Then, the oscilloscope will guide you into another USB storage device and continue to save the waveform.
